Extra returns and billing
- A return counts once, whatever its number of items. Return parcels and replacements never count.
- On monthly plans: $20 per 100 returns over your plan's allowance; a partial 100 counts as 100.
- A billing cycle never costs more than the cheapest Logistimate Returns tier at or above your plan, plus packs, that covers your returns.
- Charges stop at the budget you approve. You approve a monthly budget in Shopify, with a default of $50 to $400 depending on your tier.
- When the budget or a yearly pool is used up, automatic approvals, refunds and courier pickups pause. Customers can still start returns, and you can still approve and refund them yourself.
- Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price, so 2 months are free, and include a pool of 12 times the monthly allowance for the year. They have no charges for extra returns.
- Courier pickups and labels use your own courier account. The courier bills you under your own agreement with them.
- New customers get a 14-day free trial. Returns during the trial are never charged.
